So, so sorry to hear this. I took Gillian to Guilford for her many of her treatments. She was suffering from a similar form of cancer that I had suffered from a few months earlier. We had a great rapport from day one. A lady who had a great sense of humour & who was ready to fight to the bitter end. Loved taking her & she loved me driving her there, always great positive vibes in both directions.
Rest in Peace Gillian. You have earned the rest. Don't worry about Robin, he still has his RAF family available to him since you joined RAFA on his behalf.
Will miss our chats and hospital drives xx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
